This DVD is too complex, too much advanced theory, and these guys are as interesting and dynamic as watching grass grow. I actually fell asleep watching the 2nd DVD. The quality of the filming is poor. The technique is nothing more than an extreme reverse pivot. Beginners, high handicappers this is not for you, it will create more issues in the long run. Bottomline if you want to give it a try there is enough free information and instruction on line and in magazines to get you started. I can’t STRESS IT ENOUGH, DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY, DON”T MESS UP YOUR SWING WITH THIS. This DVD set sould be marked “FOR PROS ONLY”.

Product is informative. The speakers get their point accross, but their manner of speaking is very disjointed and unorganised. The presenters Mike Bennet and Andy Plummer need to rehearse their presentaions or make use of Q cards.

I didnt own the dvd’s but watched them. I bought the book on line and have since borrowed the dvd’s again. Undoubtably the best set of instruction on the market. I am totally shocked at the outstanding book as I had listened to others. I cant say enough. I think I understand the fear now inside the establishment to put this down. Great set of instruction. Remarkable. Should be in every golfers library–every. Now I am trying to understand why the coordinated effort to discredit this swing? Is the money machine in golf so tight there is a general fear? No room for a new guy? Move over boys..make room. These guys are serious and have a product we want.Again, I am shocked at the overall quality of this product. Glad I decided to check for myself. Outstanding is the final word. and good job. Look forward now to future discussions as I have to move from one side to the other and I have to say, I was wrong. Great effort.

Anyone that follows golf to any degree has probably heard about Stack and Tilt. Several PGA professionals have adopted the method to great success, the most prominent being Aaron Baddeley and former Masters champion Mike Weir.

The method challenges many of the golf swing truisms that we have all learned throughout our struggle to improve. Some weight should probably be given to stack and tilt simply because of the outrage displayed by the traditional golf swing gurus when confronted with new ideas.

Let me just say that while no method works for every body type and swing motion Andy and Mike have discovered a brilliant set of fundamentals for improvement. I can not speak highly enough about how these discs have changed my game. The first fundamental of any golf swing should be how consistent our ball to club contact is. Most mid to high handicap golfers hit behind the ball and until they are able to move their swing centers forward it is impossible to improve. Stack and Tilt gets the player striking the ball properly by moving the weight forward and keeping it there. The weight shift that has been taught forever is a challenging move for the player of average athletic ability. More often than not, they end up with the swing center so far back that they are unable to make a weight shift forward for solid ball contact. When the player is hitting the ball first there is a chance for improvement in path which addresses the most common problem for recreational golfers; the slice.

I have played golf for over 15 years and probably hit my plateau for consistency one year after I started. I have pounded balls for the remaining 14 years with almost no improvement. My search has included numerous lessons and countless books and discs. In short I am a nut for golf. Stack and Tilt has completely changed my golfing life. Understand that lower scoring involves much more than the full swing, but this frankly is the hard part of the equation.

Now for the bad part. While I could not be more enthusiastic about the content of these discs, the presentation is well below the standards of modern production values. The discs are really these two guys standing in front of a camera explaining the method. In many of the shots the background is a driving range with golfers hitting balls. A few very lame graphics and yellowing old golf swing images complete the package. No joke, my wife averts her eyes from the screen when she walks into the room and I have stack and tilt on. No instruction discs of any type could be more prosaic than these. Still, if you can get past the dullness, these guys are on to something brilliant. I would hope with the success of stack and tilt that a new version will come out, but in the meantime these discs are a vital part of any golfers library of instruction sources. Thanks Mike and Andy, you are flat out golf geniuses.
